Paper Description

Edit Paper Description Content
Addressing the Grand Challenges is the most pressing challenge that contemporary organisations have to face. In this paper, Strategies for Sustainability, we examine some key topics that organisations will need to grapple with. How can we construct a new world based on dignity, equity and justice, acknowledging the interdependence of all living beings. In this paper, you will learn about human flourishing in a green world by reviewing current theories, examples of best and poor practices, and debate in classroom discussions. Alongside these topics, you will be asked to reflect on your responses to these issues, and how you will integrate this awareness into your leadership in the future.
